Roots & Mikk

Andres Roots & Andres Mikk are an instrumental blues/swing/roots rock duo much like Roots & Terep – but while the material is largely the same, drummer Andres "Ants" Mikk brings his own musical personality and set of skills to the table - with an extra bass drum pedal to boot.

Mikk's previous appearances with Andres Roots Roundabout included backing Steve Lury (UK) in Estonia and appearing at the Fontaine Festival in Latvia. Since 2014, the duo have opened for Otis Grand (USA) and White Knuckles Trio (FIN) and appeared at a variety of festivals in the Baltics, including Baltic Blues Contest (LV), Mailaul (EST) and Night of Museums (EST).
