Here's another taster from the upcoming "Live In Lerwick" album:
Meanwhile, Belgium's Rootstime.be & Estonia's Muusika magazine have published reviews of "Trad.alt.blues". In the former, Luc Meert writes: "Andres Roots is clearly one of the better blues guitarists out there running around.
The man breathes blues and that is so clearly audible in his guitar
playing. The combination with Terep's subtle drumming is
wonderfully successful. Both feel and complement each other creatively." In the latter, Margus Haav adds: "It's great when music invites you not only to feel but to think along, keeping your body and mind fresh."
In October, Andres Roots & Raul Terep are set to do full-length show at the Feel Good Music Café on October 16th and to open the IDeeJazz festival at the Tartu Jazz Club on October 31st.
The previous week's Finnish tour with Ismo Haavisto & the Muddy Waters tribute went great as usual: read Blues-Finland.com's review of Koli's Ruska Blues festival here and watch a Vihreä Talo performance of "Garbage Man" below!
