"Django" - Live from Temperance!

Here's "Django", live from Temperance: combined footage from the 2024 and 2025 shows, with audio from the first one - as it appears on both the 2025 CD "Royal Spa Blues" and the upcoming 10" vinyl "LIVE". Recorded and filmed by Adrian Gains, mixed, masterred and video edited by Asko-Romé Altsoo.

Temperance in Royal Leamington Spa was where the "Royal Spa Blues" album was recorded in 2024 - well, here's the opening number from the album lauch show on March 5th: "Hear Me Calling", a Ten Years After cover. This one's not on the album :)

Finland This Weekend!

On Friday, Feb. 7th, Andres Roots will be playing his first-ever show in Lempäälä, Finland - at Siipisaluuna. Click HERE for the FB event!

Gigs in England & Germany

The "Solo Pieces" tour continues this Saturday with two shows at the Birmingham Jazz & Blues Festival, the Upton Blues Festival on Sunday afternoon, and a Monday night concert at the Temperance in Leamington Spa. Helsinki Clips

On Sunday, Andres Roots played his 24th gig in Finland this year, appearing at the 39th annual Martin Markkinat fair and culture festival, held at the Cable Factory in Helsinki. For two sets, he was joined by the Finnish harmonica ace Jantso Jokelin; the third, uncheduled set he played solo - a joint panel by the Estonian and Finnish Ministers of Culture had to be cancelled due to illness and Roots brought in to cover.
